Mixed Culture Saison Release: Harry V1

We are excited to introduce the first in a new series we are doing of Mixed Culture Saisons, the “Harry.”
The Harry is a saison fermented in our foeder tanks with two different Sacc strains as well as Brett, Lacto, and Pedio in order to develop a complex flavor that is bright, tart, and mildly earthy.
Harry V1 will released in the Greensboro taproom at 4 PM on Wednesday, January 9th and be available in 13 oz pours, as well as in Crowlers for $15.
